Standard Payment Terms

For most production orders, we apply the following standard payment structure:

  • 50% Advance Payment
    To confirm the order and start material procurement and production
  • 50% Balance Payment
    Before shipment, after production completion and internal inspection

Prototype & Sample Orders

For prototype, sample, and one-off orders:

Prototype & Sample Payment Policy
100% Payment Before Production

This applies to all non-standard samples, functional prototypes, and trial production parts.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)

Direct bank transfer

Secure and direct bank-to-bank transfer via telegraphic transfer.

International Bank Wire

Global wire transfer

Standard international wire transfer through banking channels.

Alibaba International Platform

Third-party escrow / trade assurance

For payments made through Alibaba International, a 3% platform transaction fee applies and will be added to the order total.

Accepted Currencies

We currently accept payments in the following currencies:

USD — United States Dollar AUD — Australian Dollar CAD — Canadian Dollar EUR — Euro GBP — British Pound Sterling CNY — Chinese Yuan (RMB)
Currency Selection & Fees

Currency selection must be confirmed before order confirmation. Any bank charges or currency conversion fees are borne by the payer unless otherwise agreed.

Inspection & Payment

Internal Quality Inspection

Conducted before shipment to ensure product quality standards.

Third-Party Inspection

Can be arranged upon request, at the buyer's cost.

Payment Obligations

Inspection arrangements do not delay payment obligations unless explicitly agreed in advance.

Samples & Tooling Costs

Advance Payment

Sample and tooling costs are paid in advance.

Non-Refundable

Tooling fees are non-refundable once tooling production has started.

Future Deductions

Sample costs may be deducted from future bulk orders only if agreed in advance.
